32 EMOM. Do every exercise for 45 seconds then use the 15 seconds as rest. This will start to burn after 10 minutes so do not go all out to start with. Pace yourself for the 32 minutes.

No goal too big, no goal too small. We have a wide and diverse selection of Personal Trainers, all with different expertise. All personal trainers are welcoming and fully qualified to make sure your time with us is nothing but enjoyable. We can also offer training programs and nutritional advise to help achieve your selected goals.
SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Classes ranging from six to twenty participants we can host it all. With a wide range and variety of classes, we can push you to your goals within a group environment. Fitness Mill - Gym Stroud
Situated in the heart of Gloucestershire, on the outskirts of a town called Stroud. We are based just off London Road, the main road between Stroud and Cirencester. We have now been open for 25 years, based in an old mill as Strouds original health club. As a family run gym, we pride ourselves on customer service and a community.
We are a unique gym with every training zone separated, creating a different training environment in every room. Training zones include a fully functional free weights room, a functional room with atsro turf, studio, cardiovascular room with resistance machines and a separate personal training and TRX training area.
