We offer a FREE Induction and if you make the decision to join the club we re-assess our members every 12-15 sessions to make sure you are getting the desired results. Our instructors specialise in different types of training including conditioning, weight loss, strength training or functional fitness.
The Club is broken down in to three separate training zones, including a cardiovascular room, a resistance/toning area, a core and stretch area and "Better Bodies" Stroud's Largest Free Weight Training Room.
