What is CAPEC Golf and the CAPEC Method?

CAPEC Golf and the CAPEC method have been developed by James Darby to provide corrective and sport performance training for golfers of all ages and ability. CAPEC golf represents a fusion of leading edge programme design and exercise techniques developed at the Titliest Performance Institute and Paul CHEK faculty in San Diego, California.

A certified Golf Biomechanist, James has combined his knowledge along with his experience gained during the 12 years owning his own health club to develop CAPEC Golf and the CAPEC method.

What Is The Titleist Performance Institute?

The Titleist Performance Institute qualification is the current gold standard in golf conditioning worldwide. Featuring the latest in golf-specific health and fitness, from golf swing biomechanics, to physical screening techniques and exercise prescription as used by many professionals in the world game. James became one of only a small number of UK based Titleist Certified Golf Fitness Instructors in Norway, 2008.

Who is Paul CHEK?

Paul Chek, voted the “most influential man in fitness” by Mens Health magazine, unique holistic approach to corrective and high performance exercise has helped rehabilitate and improve performance of countless clients during his 20 years in business. Paul is the founder of C.H.E.K (Corrective Holistic Exercise Kinesiology) faculty based in San Diego, California where James qualified as a CHEK certified Golf Biomechanic in 2006.
